City of Kingston, NY is looking for a logo design for their Healthy Kingston for Kids project. The project focuses on child health issues particularly obesity epedemic in children. The project is specifically looking for designs submitted by local design artists.
The requirements for the logo design are that it should be simple and distinctively unique. It should express what the project is all about and what it is trying to achieve. It should be easily identifiable, remain clear at reduced size, can be used in color or black and white without losing clarity, and include a paragraph about how an area youth helped with the design idea.
The submission deadline is April 1, 2010. Entries should be submitted via email to aaz25@cornell.edu in jpeg format. For more details visit this webpage or call 340-3990.
